Gold Coast Schools is a professional school that offers career-specific programs. They equip students with practical information and prepare them for state & national exams. Once you pass these exams, you get your professional license. Gold Coast Professionals caters to more than one industry. They have construction, insurance, appraisal, mortgage origination, and real estate courses.
Their slogan is "The proof is in the results." For once, it's not a simple catchy tagline. Gold Coast is widely considered the premier real estate school in South Florida. Gold Coast Schools has a solid reputation. They have maintained a high level of trust by offering quality education. They have six campus locations: Boca Ration, Tamarac (Broward County), West Palm, North Miami, Doral (South Miami), and Orlando.

Gold Coast Schools Real Estate Courses
1) Classroom Courses: Can you complete hours of coursework by yourself? If not, you can get a structured approach with their in-person classes. Some of the courses offered live include:

- The 63-hour pre-licensing course: Suited for people who are looking to get a Florida real estate license, and who will be sitting for their pre-license exams. You'll spend up to 63 hours in a classroom setting.
- The 72-hour broker licensing course: Allows a sales associate to upgrade their license to a "broker" license after two years.
- Sales associates continuing education : Agents take the 14-hour CE program to renew their licenses. The CE course also touches on business ethics and core law. Gold Coast Professionals also offers a 45-hour post-license course.
- Broker continuing education: Brokers also need CE courses. Their 14-hour CE course covers areas such as escrow management, ethics, core law, and more topics.
2) Online courses: Don't have time for live classes? You can take the online pre-licensing course. Most of the course is text-based with short chapters. This can get a little boring, so, the school has incorporated videos, diagrams, animations, and other learning aids to help keep it interesting. The pre-license course has two packages (basic & full). With the full package, you get a textbook, access to the online exam simulator, and the chance to attend for some live classroom sessions.
3) Online Exam Prep: Many students aim to pass their real estate exams on their first attempt. On the prep course, you take simulated exams. Tests have 100 questions drawn from a database of over 1200 questions. You can simulate both state and national portions of the pre-licensing exam. If you're weak in some areas, there are also topical practice questions.
4) Weekend CRAM: Get the classroom or full-online package, and you'll have free access to the weekend review course. A ttendance is optional. The instructor reviews key topics that recur in the main exams. You also receive the "1001 question and answer booklet" for easier revision. Students from other schools can purchase the prep course inclusive of the weekend CRAM.

For your pre-licensing course, you can complete the 63-hour course in as little as 7-days. In this accelerated program, you attend classes from 9: 00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m, Monday to Sunday. Evening classes run for 5 weeks, with classes scheduled on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
It depends on whether you choose an online course or a classroom course. You pay about $300 to $550 for real estate training. But it's best to check with the website as the pricing may change .
Florida does not publish the pass rates for schools. You can only hear about the school's pass rates from the institution itself. Some schools will ask former students to complete surveys, but we were unable to find third party information. Gold Coast Real Estate School revealed that their students managed a pass rate of 70 to 90% for their in-house exams, administered at the end of the course.
